Wing-Davis-Wilks Residence Hall Renovations

Wing-Davis-Wilks is comprised of three four-story residential wings that share a central single story common area. The 120,000 square foot building has a one acre footprint on the UVM Redstone Campus.

WDW has provided housing for approximately 475 students annually since 1967. This initiative marks the University’s first major renovation of this classic “sixties vintage” concrete, brick and block low-rise residential hall.

All of the interior spaces, finishes and systems in the complex were accomplished during three phases of construction.

The project received LEED SILVER certification.
